Last week we had the opportunity to see Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart.
Feld entretainment was kind enough to give us tickets to see this show and also invited us to attend to the media event before this show. I had been to Disney on Ice before and I knew I was going to love it but I was actually blown away.

We started our evening by going to the media event where my kids got meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. I had never seen my daughter so excited. She hugged both of them and I almost cried because it was a dream come true for her.

Then it was time to see the show. I was a little nervous because my 13 month old was there with us and I wasn't sure what to expect. Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart was so amazing that my youngest loved it and sat through the entire show.  I didn't have to get up once and she clapped, waved and laughed.

If you have the opportunity to see this show, do it. Even if you don't have kids you will love it. The skaters are just so talented and the stories you see will melt your heart and take you back to your childhood. If you're a Disney lover like we are, you'll just be blown away.

Now onto the good stuff. Keep in mind that my phone photos don't do justice to how amazing this show really is.

Here are 10 reasons why you should see Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart:

1. Even if you've seen Disney on Ice before, this show is different

We have seen other shows from Disney on Ice and they do a great job of integrating the Disney classics into each show but what I love about it is that every time it's different. So it doesn't matter how many Disney on Ice shows you see, I guarantee you will be amazed each time.

Every time I see a new Disney on Ice I think that's my favorite one and that's exactly how I feel about "Follow your Heart".

2. It's a show made for all ages

It doesn't matter if you're 80 or 1.Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart has something for every Disney lover and it will keep you engaged for the entire duration of the show. My friend and I were so amazed at it that we couldn't stop commenting on what an excellent show this was.

As an adult you'll not only enjoy all seeing all the Disney movies come to life on the ice, but you'll appreciate the amazing skills these skaters have.

3. You will see more twirls that in the Olympics

Seriously. These ice skaters are so talented that you get to see them twirl up in the air so many times and each time they do it beautifully – they don't make any mistakes and the entire show is just perfect. You will see couples twirling and jumping, as well as solo skaters.

The whole show is just impressive!

4. The scenery is out of this world

Here is this show on ice, where there are many short stories happening in a short amount of time, yet the creators think of everything. Every story has it's own scenery, effects, lighting which makes the show really appealing and very enjoyable.
I went with my 1 year old, my 3 year and a friend's 3 year old. The kids sat through the entire show amazed and engaged and so did we.

5. You get to see all the Disney princesses at once

I can't recall any other moment in my life were I've gotten to see all the Disney princesses together but during Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart you get to see them skating together several times. The kids also appreciate this because you hear a lot of screaming and excitement when all the princess hit the ice.

6. You feel the Disney Magic

Disney movies are so magical – so many things come to live, sing, dance and Disney on Ice is perfect at recreating this. From Beauty and the Beast to Fantasia, this show has all kinds of singing, dancing and magic.  What I love is that you get to sing along while soaking up all the beauty.

There's nothing like Disney magic and you really feel the magic while you're seeing Follow your Heart.

7. There are glow-in-the-dark costumes

During this show you will see the famous "Fantasia". This was probably one of my favorite parts because the candles come to life in costumes that glow in the dark.  It almost makes you feel like inside the movie, but a better version of it.

Even some of the props used for the Finding Dory part had a special glow to them. It just makes the whole experience seem more magical.

8. You will see princesses flying

This is what my daughter said and has been telling everyone she knows.
There are several scenes where you get to see aerial shows from the princesses, so not only are they amazing skaters, but they use silks and ropes to make it seem like they are flying.

The whole audience was wowed and you could hear the kids screaming in excitement.

9. Finding Dory makes you feel like you're in the ocean

The props, lighting, effects, music and all about this part of the show is amazing. All the little sea creatures that join Dory, Nemo and Marlin were my favorite because the costumes were very elaborate and they looked exactly like they did in the movie.

The production really shines on this part of the show because not only the costumes are amazing but so is the entire scenery. It really feels like you're under the water with these cute sea animals.

10. Frozen. Need I say more?

You know kids are really into Frozen when the whole crowds starts screaming like crazy the moment little Anna and Elsa come out.  This is definitely the high light for many of the kids and one of the movies they identify with the most.  I loved that the entire audience sang along and it was a perfect way to end a perfect night.

They really go out all out for the Frozen scenes and I felt like I was seeing the movie live.

Overall,Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart is an ice skating musical worth seeing. It doesn't matter if you're a kid, a parent, a grandparent or  if you don't have kids – you will absolutely love this show because there is something for everyone.

Every aspect of this production is outstanding: the costumes, scenery, lighting, choreography,  effects, the very skilled ice skaters, the timing of every part of the show – it is all done to perfection.Disney on Ice presents Follow your Heart is one of those shows you don't want to miss and one that will remember for the rest of you life.
